 Usage Note
   ■ ControlPanel constants are defined in the CONSTANT.BI include file. To
     use these constants, you must use the $INCLUDE metacommand at the
     beginning of each module where the constants are used:
 
         ' $INCLUDE: 'CONSTANT.BI'
