  Description:                                               [AT] [PS/2]
 
     Returns the status of the change line, indicating whether the disk
     in the drive may have been replaced since the last disk access.
 
     Input                            Output
 
     AH = 16h                         If change line inactive
     DL = Drive                       (disk has not been changed)
        = 00h-7Fh floppy disk           Carry flag: clear
                                        AH = 00h
