Each of the 128 patterns in the table consists of eight bytes,
allowing patterns of 8x8 bits. The first set of eight bytes forms
character 128; the second set forms character 129.

Beginning with version 3.1, DOS provides the utility GRAFTABL to
install a pattern table in memory and point the 1Fh vector to it.
GRAFTABL forms characters matching those used in alphanumeric
     modes.
