LOCATE  [row%] [,[column%] [,[cursor%] [,start% [,stop%]]]]

    ■ row% and column% Numeric expressions that change the
                        cursor screen location.
    ■ cursor% May be used to change cursor visibility:
                        0 = invisible, 1 = visible.
    ■ start% and stop% The starting and ending raster scan lines
                        of the cursor on the screen. The arguments
                        start% and stop% redefine the cursor size and must
                        be numeric expressions that return an integer
                        between 0 and 31, inclusive.

    ■ If you omit row% or column%, the cursor position is left
      where it was moved by the most recently executed screen input or
      output statement (such as LOCATE, PRINT, or INPUT).
