    ■ usertype       A user-defined type or ISAM table type.
    ■ elementname    An element or table column of the user-defined type.
    ■ typename       A user-defined type, nested user-defined type, an
                     array, or one of the following data types: integer,
                     long, single (non-ISAM types only), double,
                     fixed-length string, or currency.
