When writing a customized (mixed-model) program, you must be
careful to choose a suitable standard run-time library for your
     program.

For SS!=DS models (/Aw and /Au), you need to create a customized
library. Use the /NOD option when linking, and specify the library
files and object files you want. For your memory-model
specification and operating system, use the startup routine from
     the appropriate library.
