 <p>

The p tag starts a paragraph. The tag breaks the current line, skips a line,
then continues subsequent text on the next line. The p tag is often used
immediately after lists, figures, and other constructions to provide space
between the construction and subsequent text.

This tag does not use parameters.

Comments

If the p tag is used in a list, subsequent text aligns with the text of the
list item.

Example

This example uses the p tag to create a paragraph and to insert space at the
end of a list:

    When you finish copying files to a disk, remove the disk.
    <p>
    To remove a disk
    <ol>
    <li>Open drive door.
    <li>Remove disk.
    <li>Put disk in safe place.
    </ol>
    <p>
    You can always restore your files by copying them back from
    the disk.
