The pt tag specifies a parameter term and starts a new row in a parameter
list. A parameter term is one or more words displayed in the left column of
a parameter list. The tag must be followed immediately by one or more
words.
 
The pt tag may be used only in a parameter list created using the parml tag.
The pt tag must be followed by a matching pd tag.
 
This tag does not use parameters.
