The :dthd tag specifies a heading for the left (definition-terms) column and
starts a new row in a definition list. A definition-terms heading is one or
more words displayed in the left column of a definition list. The tag must
be immediately followed by one or more words.
The :dthd tag may be used only in a definition list created using the :dl
tag. When used, the :dthd tag is typically the first tag in the definition
list. The :dthd tag must be followed by a matching :ddhd tag.
