The :eul tag ends an unordered list. An unordered list is a two-column list
that contains bullets in the left column and text in the right. In the help
source file, the unordered list starts with the :ul tag, and must end with
the :eul tag, and contain one :li tag for each item in the list.

This tag does not use parameters.
