 :nt [text='text'].
 
The :nt tag starts a note. A note is the word "Note:" (or the text specified
by the text option) followed by one or more lines of text. Subsequent lines
are indented an amount of space equal to the width of the word "Note:" or
the text specified by the text option. In the help source file, the last
line of text must be followed by the :ent tag. When the note is displayed,
it is preceded immediately by a blank line and the last line of text in the
note is followed by a blank line. Notes are typically used to alert the user
to additional information.

text       Specifies the text used to start the note. The text value can be
           any string of characters but must be enclosed in single quotation
           marks ('). If text is not given, the default text is "Note:".
 
Example
 
This example uses the :nt and :ent tags to create a note:
 
    :nt.
    Some adapters may not provide all colors.
    :p.
    Actual colors depend on the monitor.
    :ent.
 
When displayed, the note looks like this:
 
    Note: Some adapters may not provide all colors.
 
        Actual colors depend on the monitor.
