The /parml tag ends a parameter list. A parameter list is a two-column list.
A parameter list must start with the parml tag and end with the /parml tag.
It can contain one or more pairs of the pt and pd tags.

This tag does not use parameters.

Comments

The /parml tag does not automatically generate a blank line. If a blank line
is desired to separate a parameter list from subsequent text, the p tag can
be used immediately after the /parml tag.
