  Remarks
 
  This is a special static CWnd that has an HWND of 0. It is only used
  with the <pWndInsertAfter> parameter of the SetWindowPos member function
  to indicate that the CWnd being operated on should be moved to the top
  of the window list. wndTop is a public variable of type static const
  CWnd.
