PWB Error
 
     PWB3096: Unsupported video mode. Please change modes and restart.
 
     A request was made to start PWB with the Savescreen switch set to
     yes (the default), but PWB does not support the current
     operating-system video mode.
 
     Change the video mode and restart PWB.
