Minimize Function

     Minimize («minimize»)
          Shrinks the active window to an icon (a minimized window). If
          the window is already minimized, restores the window.
 
     Arg Minimize («arg» «minimize»)
          Minimizes all open windows.
 
     Meta Minimize («meta» «minimize»)
          Restores the window to its unminimized state.
 
     Returns
 
     True:  Window minimized: the window is an icon.
     False: Window restored: the window is not an icon.
