ON UEVENT GOSUB - an error-trapping statement that defines the
                  event-handler for a user-defined event
 
Syntax
  ON UEVENT GOSUB {linelabel | linenumber}
    ■ linelabel or linenumber is the first line of an event-handling
      subroutine
