:nNeed Full Menus Prompt
The file named in the QB invocation line or in an Open
Program dialog box is a multiple-module program and the
Full Menus option is off.
 
Turn on Full Menus to work with a multiple-module
program. Then,
  ■ Choose <OK> to continue loading the program. Or,
  ■ Choose <Cancel> if you don't want to load the program.
