Be sure file names and numbers are as follows:
  ■ Valid file numbers are integers between 1 and 255.
  ■ Valid file numbers refer to files that are currently
    open
  ■ Valid file names use DOS file naming rules. For
    example, the file name extension must be three or
    less characters.
