PRESET - a graphics statement that draws a specified point on the
         screen
Syntax
  PRESET [STEP](x,y)[,color]
    ■ (x,y) specify the screen coordinates where you want the point drawn
    ■ Use the optional STEP keyword if the (x,y) values are relative to
      the current location of the graphics cursor
    ■ If color is omitted, the current background color is used
