WAIT - a control flow statement that suspends program execution while
       monitoring the status of a machine input port
 
Syntax
  WAIT portnumber,and-expression[,xor-expression]
    ■ portnumber, a numeric expression that has an integer value between
      0 and 255, is the number of the machine input port
    ■ and-expression is an integer expression that is combined with the
      data at the port with an AND operation. Only if the result is
      non-zero will the WAIT statement pass control to the next
      statement in the program.
