 Determines the desktop fill pattern. The fill pattern consists of a
 repeating character that is displayed as an application's background.
 
    SCREEN.ControlPanel({DESKTOP_PATTERN | subscript%})[ = pattern%]
 
    ■ subscript%   DESKTOP_PATTERN has a value of 7
 
    ■ pattern%     Valid settings are:
 
                   Value      Description
                   ═══════    ══════════════════════════════════════════════
                   0 - 255    Valid ASCII character
                   176        (Default) ░
