 Compares two strings and returns an integer value indicating their relative
 positions as they would be sorted by an ISAM index. Requires PROISAM.EXE or
 PROISAMD.EXE in the programming environment (VBDOS.EXE).
 
    TEXTCOMP(a$, b$)
 
    ■ a$, b$         Two valid strings; only the first 255 characters are
                     considered; the comparison is not case sensitive ("A" is
                     the same as "a"), and any trailing spaces are removed:
 
                     Return Value     Description
                     ════════════     ══════════════════════════════════════
                     -1               a$ precedes b$
                     1                a$ follows b$
                     0                a$ is equivalent to b$
