    ■ ctlname  Name of control to drag
 
    ■ action%  Integer value that indicates the action to perform:
 
               Value    Description
               ═════    ════════════════════════════════════════════════════
               0        Cancel drag operation
               1        (Default) Begin dragging control
               2        End dragging (drop control)
