  Description
 
    The ClrScr procedure clears the entire window and places the
    cursor in the top left-hand corner of the window. ClrScr sets all
    characters in the current window to blanks with the current
    background color.
 
    The current window may be the default window or one defined with
    the Window procedure.
 
    The TextBackground procedure sets the background color.
