The dthd tag specifies a definition-term heading and starts a new row in a
definition list. A definition-item heading is one or more words displayed in
the left column of a definition list. The tag must be followed immediately
by one or more lines of text.
 
The dthd tag may be used only in a definition list created using the dl tag.
When used, the dthd tag is typically the first tag in the definition list.
The dthd tag must be followed by a matching ddhd tag.
 
This tag does not use parameters.
