 Sets or returns manual or automatic dragging mode for drag-and-drop
 operations.
 
    [form.]ctlname.DragMode[ = mode%]
 
    ■ mode%             Valid settings are:
 
                        Value    Description
                        ═════    ═══════════════════════════════════════════
                        0        (Default) Manual; requires the DRAG method
                                 to initiate dragging on the source control.
                        1        Automatic; clicking the source control
                                 automatically initiates dragging.
